Job summary

Woodberry Forest School is seeking a part-time Dishwasher for the PM shift to maintain a clean cafeteria environment. Responsibilities include washing dishes, restocking dining areas, and assisting cooks as needed. Responsibilities

• Ensures the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
• Prepares dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
• Cleans machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
• Unloads and stores deliveries.
• Sweep and mops floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
• Takes out the trash and rinses garbage cans.
• Assists the cooks as needed on the grill.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Dishwasher is responsible for providing a clean environment for the cafeteria. Responsibilities and job duties include:

• Ensures the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
• Prepares dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
• Cleans machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.

The position requires moderate physical activity with general movement and will require work after hours and every other weekend .
