Job summary

WindRiver Living is seeking a PM Dishwasher to support kitchen staff by cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing dishes and cookware. The role requires weekend/evening shifts with a part-time schedule in the WindRiver Golf and Lake Community.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, maintaining sanitary work areas, receiving deliveries, and assisting cooks. A High School Diploma is preferred, and prior kitchen experience is a plus. The position emphasizes teamwork and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation, identification, and acceptable health quality.
• Understanding of safety rules, alcohol regulations, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Familiarity with restaurant etiquette and health regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Able to adapt to scheduling needs and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using commercial dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Receive and secure deliveries and properly label inventory.
• Set up and break down work areas in a timely fashion.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and routine housekeeping.
