Job summary

Propel Autism is seeking fun, engaging RBTs for our Atlanta clinic, offering in-person supervision from BCBA mentors committed to your growth. This part-time, center-based role focuses on delivering one-on-one therapy to children with autism in a supportive, engaging environment.

You will collect data, write session notes the same day, and help children build social skills in a clinic setting. The position runs afternoons, with on-site work and emphasis on dignity and client assent.

Qualifications

• RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must pass Propel background check.
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy focused on skill acquisition.
• Accompany client throughout the day, capturing learning opportunities in natural environments.
• Collaboratively scaffold social interactions with peers and group activities in the clinic.
• Prioritize pairing daily using play and engagement to build rapport.
• Maintain the client’s dignity and assent in all interactions.
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes the same day services are delivered.

As a Center-Based RBT, You Will

• Accompany your client throughout your day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment.
• Collaboratively scaffold your client’s social interactions with their peers and participation in group activities in the clinic.
• Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client.
• Keep your client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions.
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted the same day services are delivered.

You Will Need

• An RBT certification through the BACB (bacb.com).
