Job summary

Propel Autism in Lilburn, GA, is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide engaging one-on-one therapy to children with Autism. You will work closely with BCBA’s to support skill acquisition and social interaction.

The role offers various wellness and development supports, including 10 days paid time off, health insurance, and career development opportunities. A high school diploma and RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• An RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• Must pass Propel administered background check.
• Candidate must have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Location: Lilburn, GA 30047

Intro:

Propel Autism is looking for fun, engaging RBT’s who are excited about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism. If you are a Registered Behavior Technician looking for a company committed to providing you with supportive, in person supervision from BCBA’s who are invested in your growth and development, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Center-based RBT you will:

• Provide one on one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic
• Accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment.
• Collaboratively scaffold your client’s social interactions with their peers and their participation in group activities in the clinic.
• Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client
• Keep your client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted same day as services being delivered.

You will need:

• An RBT certification through the BACB (bacb.com)
• A high school diploma at minimum, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must pass Propel administered background check
