Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Great Falls, MT is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support center operations. Expect to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with shifts typically 4 to 6 hours, 3+ days per week, to fit busy schedules.

You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, answer phones, greet donors, and coordinate donor compensation under the Plasma Center Manager. Training is paid and a meaningful contribution to patient care is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Customer facing experience helpful to work with donors and patients.
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift and lift light loads.
• Evenings, weekends, and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Perform donor phlebotomy and support center operations.
• Answer phones and greet donors while maintaining safety.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Support process improvements following company procedures.
