Job summary

BioLife is hiring a part-time Plasma Donor Screener at our Saint Peters center. You will greet donors, screen before donation and perform phlebotomy to support center operations; shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week.

Starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for training and benefits; evening, weekend, and holiday availability required; prior customer-facing experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the information system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and initiate changes.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
