Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a dedicated part‑time Plasma Donor Screener/phlebotomy support role. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with training and schedule updates communicated in advance.

You will greet donors, screen and record vital signs, use the Donor Information System, and assist with donor compensation while maintaining safety and quality in a fast‑paced center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Glove use due to bloodborne pathogen exposure.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer phones while focusing on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use the Donor Information System and coordinate donor charts and compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
