Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to stand for entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally; frequent lifting up to 32 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors, recording donor vitals and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and maintain accurate records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Be available for varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
