Job summary

BioLife is hiring a part-time Phlebotomist in Wisconsin (Onalaska) to greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor during donation, and ensure smooth plasmapheresis operations. Flexible 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with paid training.

You will work under the Plasma Center Manager, handle data entry in the DIS, and contribute to continuous improvements while adhering to safety protocols. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful
• Must be able to walk/stand for the entire shift
• Will work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet donors entering and exiting the donor floor
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machine
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the DIS system
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate donors via Debit Card system
• Support center management in identifying operational improvements using approved procedures
