BioLife Plasma Services is hiring a part-time Phlebotomist in Sheboygan, WI. The role focuses on donor screening, venipuncture, and plasmapheresis support with a commitment to quality and customer service.

Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with paid training and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, patient-focused center. You will work under the Plasma Center Manager, ensuring safety, accuracy, and smooth center operations while delivering compassionate care to donors and maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift is needed.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasional heavier material handling.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ year of customer or patient facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor metrics and enter data into DIS.
• Coordinate donor flow and use Debit Card system for compensation.
• Support center management in process improvements.
