RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager (Part-time) at 345 W Esplanade Ave in Kenner, LA. The role leads shifts, delivers exceptional customer service, and supports the General Manager in daily operations while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with strong communication, teamwork, and a focus on safety and quality. Training through Pizza College is provided; full time development opportunities exist within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and 21 to drive.
• Completed RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food prep tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for customers and team members.
