Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a Store Assistant Manager for a part-time role in Hammond, LA. The position supports the General Manager, runs shifts, ensures exceptional customer service, and leads Team Members on shift while upholding brand standards and completing Domino’s and RPM training programs.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay with bonus opportunities and benefits provided to eligible Team Members.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
