Job summary

Marco's Pizza in Kentucky is hiring an Inside Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and craft pizzas, helping keep our operation running smoothly.

You will provide friendly service, handle phone, online, and in-person orders, and uphold food safety standards. A high school diploma is preferred; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required; join a fun, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest
• Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders
• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally
• Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients
• Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items
• Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every guest receives a great product and experience
• Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
