Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Toledo is seeking an Inside Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and craft pizzas with care in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. You’ll provide friendly service, handle phone, online and in-person orders, and ensure food safety and quality while upholding Marco’s standards.

Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. No prior experience required beyond enthusiasm; the role offers learning and advancement opportunities within a brand

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Taking accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answering customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Preparing fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slicing, chopping, and portioning toppings and other food items.
• Assembling and preparing pizzas according to company standards.
• Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Executing customer orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Supporting fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
