Marco's Pizza is hiring an Inside Team Member in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will greet guests, take orders, and craft pizzas to delivery standards, contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

We value energetic, dependable individuals with a passion for great food and outstanding service. High school diploma and flexible availability are preferred, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Take accurate phone, online, and in-person orders.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare fresh pizza dough and ingredients.
• Slice, chop, and portion toppings and other food items.
• Assemble and prepare pizzas according to Marco's Pizza standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Execute orders accurately, including special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
