Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in food prep and cooking in a commercial kitchen or restaurant setting.
• Experience in Food and Beverage industry preferred.
• Highly organized and detail oriented; able to take direction.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and carry items while walking; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Preps, cooks and fulfills orders.
• Support for catering events and catering pickup orders.
• Requires working on Wednesdays and Sundays and occasional evenings.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures for food quality and handling.
• Keeps Registered Food Manager’s certificate current.
• Performs other duties assigned by Food Service Director.
