Job summary

University of Bradford invites applications for a Lecturer in Physiotherapy (Internal Applicants Only) within the Faculty of Health Studies, School of Allied Health Professions and Midwifery. This 0.6 FTE, permanent post is aimed at developing and delivering pre-registration physiotherapy teaching and supporting learners on placement.

HCPC registered physiotherapist with teaching experience and commitment to inclusive education is essential.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered physiotherapist is essential.
• Experience teaching and assessing students in practice-based or education settings.
• Experience supporting individuals from diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering pre-registration physiotherapy teaching seminars and practical sessions.
• Working within the programme teams to support learners in university and on placement.
• Contributing to the delivery and development of the physiotherapy clinic.
• Contributing to school and college outreach and in-reach events and student recruitment.
