Job summary

Plume is seeking a part-time physician to provide GAHT and Expanded Clinical Services across the United States via online, remote care. You will onboarding new patients and provide longitudinal care, including labs, prescriptions, and clinical questions, while a large support team handles logistics.

Candidates must hold at least one active US medical license and be comfortable with 100% remote patient care.

Qualifications

• Deep appreciation and understanding of the trans experience.
• Active medical license in at least one US state in good standing.
• Experience prescribing behavioral health medications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual medical evaluations for GAHT care.
• Sign charts within 24 hours and maintain accurate patient records.
• Respond to patient questions with clarity and care.
