Job summary

Plume, a mission-driven healthcare startup, is seeking a part-time Physician licensed in Missouri to provide GAHT and Expanded Clinical Services remotely. You will onboard new patients, deliver longitudinal care, manage labs and prescriptions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while working 100% from home.

Qualifications

• Missouri license and residence required.
• Familiarity with GAHT guidelines and informed consent model of care.
• Experience prescribing behavioral health medications (depression/anxiety).
• Strong collaboration with diverse teams and remote patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based virtual medical evaluations.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and sign charts within 24 hours.
• Respond to patient questions with clarity and care.
• Order necessary laboratory tests, interpret results, and prescribe appropriate medications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care.
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Maintain high-quality care with strong patient satisfaction and timely responses.
