Job summary

Plume in the United States is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our online team delivering GAHT and Expanded Clinical Services nationwide. You will onboard new patients, provide longitudinal care, and manage labs and prescriptions from a remote setting.

You must hold an active license in at least one state (preferred multiple licenses), be comfortable with EMR systems, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least one active medical license and be in good standing.
• Experience prescribing behavioral health medications (depression and anxiety).
• Familiar with GAHT guidelines and informed consent model of care.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams.
• Comfortable with 100% remote patient care.
• Strong technical background with EMR systems and digital communications.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based virtual medical evaluations.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and sign charts within 24 hours.
• Respond to patient questions with clarity and care.
• Order necessary laboratory tests, interpret results, and prescribe appropriate medications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care.
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Maintain Plume’s high level of quality care and timely patient responses.
