Job summary

AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to ensure accurate invoice routing and resolve discrepancies. This part-time role supports the accounts payable cycle for physicians and physician-owned entities, working 20 hours per week.

You will liaise with internal departments and external partners, review invoices and payment cycles, and participate in system testing for new projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable invoice processing experience.
• Familiarity with shared service concepts and procedures.
• Basic understanding of physician contracting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate invoice routing and resolve discrepancies across AP and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist customers with researching concerns and escalate as needed.
• Participate in system testing for new projects and implementations.
• Review invoices, check requests, purchase orders, and payment cycles for physicians and physician-owned companies.
• Validate payment calculations and terms before processing payments.
