Job summary

Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Technician for our Solar Drive location in Oxnard to support outpatient orthopedics in Ventura County. The role offers 20-25 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, with Friday availability required and flexibility on Mon-Thu.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting patients, handling front desk tasks, collecting co-pays, and ensuring a five-star patient

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and practice management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares treatment room for patient by following procedures and protocols.
• Prepares patients for physical therapy by welcoming and assisting with attire.
• Maintains and inventories supplies; assists with equipment handling.
• Under supervision, records daily notes and communicates with therapists.
• Triages calls and schedules appointments to ensure timely access to care.
• Collects co-pays/deductibles and payments prior to patient visits.
