Job summary

Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy in Spokane is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Technician for the N Mayfair location. The role supports therapists by preparing rooms, assisting patients, and ensuring a clean, organized clinic across up to 20 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, customer service experience, and strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting. Prior office equipment handling and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related health field preferred.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room for patient following prescribed procedures and protocols.
• Assist patients with therapy apparel and setup for sessions.
• Maintain laundry and clean linens inventory.
• Answer patient questions and provide information as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and front desk tasks to ensure smooth flow of patients.
• Support front desk with collecting co-pays and payments prior to visits.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
