Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with patients, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the PT.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
• Assist in maintaining department and treatment area; assist with cleaning.
• Instruct families or nursing staff for discharge preparation.
• Report equipment problems and maintain good working order.
• Participate in in-services and trainings.
