Must hold Wisconsin PTA licensure and CPR certification, and have completed a CAPTE-approved PTA program with national exam passage.

Strong organizational skills and reliable transportation are required to support patient care across home health and community settings within our network.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of Wisconsin as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Graduated from a CAPTE-approved PTA program and passed the national PTA exam.
• CPR certification is current and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy under the direction of the PT and plan of care.
• Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maximize performance.
• Assist with active and passive exercises, gait training, and prosthetic or orthotic training.
