Athletico in Chandler, AZ is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support patients and clinicians in daily practice. You will greet patients, prep for therapy, assist during treatments, and help with scheduling and basic administrative tasks in line with state practice acts.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and efficient clinic workflows, with benefits and a bi-weekly pay increase opportunity. Must be a high school graduate or intern with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Detail oriented with good time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and basic modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens, folds and maintains linen cabinets.
• Restrooms and other areas; restocks with supplies as needed.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Keeps track of non-medical and medical clinic supplies; may order inventory.
