Athletico Physical Therapy in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and help with scheduling and paperwork in a fast-paced clinic.

Role involves assisting therapists, preparing patients, and maintaining clean, organized treatment areas while following state practice act requirements.

Formación

• High school graduate or internship preferred.
• Previous Rehab Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management skills are required.
• Patient/Client satisfaction: providing care/service that exceeds expectations.
• Energetic and a team player; able to demonstrate compassion toward patients.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with devices, aiding therapists.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises under staff direction.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains restrooms and supply areas.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• Helps track non-medical and medical clinic supplies; may order inventory.
