Desert Hand and Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate team member to support therapists, assist patients with exercises, and maintain clean, organized treatment areas across our Valley clinics. You will help with data entry, scheduling, and front-desk tasks to ensure smooth operations.

We value reliability, clear communication, and a willingness to learn. A high school diploma is required, and a background check will be completed.

Aufgaben

• Kind and compassionate patient and employee service.
• Adhere to policies, regulations, safety, and infection control.
• Follow HIPAA laws and assist patients with exercises.
• Maintain and clean treatment areas before/after therapy sessions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and assist with modalities per guidelines.
• Escort patients and report responses to therapists.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock levels.
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and patient check-in/out.
• Drive between clinics for coverage and meetings.
