Athletico in Apex, NC is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to assist the Patient Experience Coordinator and clinicians. You will greet patients, support therapists, and perform administrative tasks in compliance with state regulations.

The role involves helping with treatments, preparing equipment, and maintaining a clean clinic environment. Prior clinical aide experience is preferred, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist therapists.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises under supervision.
• Provide routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restock linens and maintain restrooms and clinic areas.
• Assist with answering phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Assist with tracking supplies and inventory as needed.
