Athletico in Knightdale, NC is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist with treatments under PT guidance, and perform routine administrative tasks in a compliant environment.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for therapy, assisting with exercises, maintaining clean facilities, answering phones, scheduling, and helping manage supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or intern preferred.
• Clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented team player with compassion.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist with treatments.
• Safeguard, motivate, and assist patients practicing exercises.
• Provide routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Wash linens, restock supplies and maintain restrooms.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Assist with inventory management and supplies.
