Synergy Orthopedic Specialists in La Mesa, CA is seeking a part-time Therapy Aide to support the physical therapy team. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist patients with routines, and help with equipment and exercises under therapist supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and BLS certification is preferred. Previous healthcare experience is advantageous, and strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

• Assists patients into physical therapy apparel or apertures as needed.

• Assists in applying heat packs, paraffin dips, whirlpool, and exercises.
• Educates patients on equipment use and exercise routines.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and a clean environment.
• Distributes equipment and supplies to treatment areas.
• Ensures PT equipment operates by following maintenance steps.
• Maintains supplies inventory and orders as needed.
