Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare training is a plus.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support front office tasks when downtime occurs, e.g., answering phones, scheduling, and payments.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records and schedule appointments.
• Handle billing procedures as needed.
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
