Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a part-time, on-site role in Chandler, AZ. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and help manage non-clinical tasks in a patient-focused environment.

The position emphasizes strong communication, documentation, and teamwork, with responsibilities spanning treatment support, equipment maintenance, scheduling, and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management skills required.
• Customer satisfaction through care/service beyond expectations.
• Energetic and a team player.
• Demonstrated compassion toward patients.
• Complete tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains cabinets.
• Maintains restrooms and common areas; restocks supplies.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Tracks non-medical and medical supplies; may order inventory.
