Athletico seeks a part-time Rehabilitation Aide in Annapolis, MD to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist therapists, and perform routine treatments while helping with administrative tasks in a compliant manner.

You will contribute to a clean, organized clinic, assist with scheduling and inventory, and provide compassionate, team-focused patient care.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document projects clearly.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively.
• Customer/patient service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during treatments.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients with exercises under professional supervision.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens/towels and maintains linen cabinets.
• Restocks with paper towels, tissue, soap and supplies; maintains restrooms and common areas.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork.
