Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a clinic setting in Glen Burnie, MD. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and perform administrative tasks in accordance with state rules.

The role emphasizes strong communication, compassionate patient care, and the ability to work as part of a team with therapists and assistants. Training and opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills - written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Energetic and a team player; able to demonstrate compassion toward patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients with exercises and activities under staff direction.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans and restocks treatment areas and equipment.
• Assists with scheduling, phones, and filing by the patient experience coordinator.
• Assists with inventory of medical and non-medical supplies.
