Qualifications

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move equipment and assist patients as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Patient Care: Provide direct support to patients during their therapy sessions, following the guidance of the physical therapist or physical therapist assistant.
• Prepare Treatment Areas: Set up treatment areas and equipment, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for patient use.
• Patient Education: Explain exercises, proper form, and treatment goals as directed by the clinical team.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep treatment areas, exercise equipment, and therapy rooms clean and sanitized.
• Laundry and Supplies: Assist with laundry duties and monitor restock of supplies.
• Patient Records: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Equipment Maintenance: Report equipment issues and ensure therapy equipment is maintained.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure a smooth experience.
