Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare training is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide customer service and support to maintain a positive clinic environment.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing tasks.
• Assist front office tasks during downtime, including phones, documents, and payments.
• Aid therapists with materials during sessions and help with exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; daily cleaning and stocking.
