• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in physical therapy, sports medicine, exercise science, kinesiology, or related healthcare field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; dependable and organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team; standing and assisting throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient flow under appropriate supervision.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment before and between patient appointments.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain treatment areas and rehabilitation equipment.
• Set up therapeutic exercise equipment, modalities, and other supplies.
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient clinic environment.
• Communicate professionally with patients, staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and restock clinic supplies.
• Follow all clinic safety, privacy, and infection-control procedures.
• Perform other duties to support the clinical team and daily operations.
