Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the patient experience team in our Mundelein clinic. The role involves assisting therapists, preparing patients, and handling light administrative tasks in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; intern preferred.
• Previous clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to document projects clearly and manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist therapists.
• Support patients in exercises and functional activities under supervision.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Keep work area and equipment clean after treatments.
• Assist with scheduling, phones, and filing.
• Assist with inventory and supplies.
