Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a part-time capacity. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and help with administrative tasks in a fast-paced physical therapy clinic.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion for patients, and accurate documentation. Training on state practice acts will be provided as needed, with opportunities for growth within Athletico’s care network.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work with clinical staff to support treatments and patient care.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with use of supportive devices.
• Safeguards and assists patients during exercises under supervision.
• Administers routine treatments and modalities such as hot/cold therapies, ultrasound, or electrical stimulation.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment and maintains linens.
• Assists with scheduling, phone calls, and paperwork in the clinic.
