Job description

About PT of the Rockies

Physical Therapy of the Rockies is a locally owned, PT-led outpatient clinic in South Metro Denver that pairs advanced clinical expertise, including: osteopractic, vestibular, and McKenzie-certified specialists, with truly individualized, hands-on treatment for everything from back and joint pain to vestibular disorders and injury recovery. They build every plan around the individual, backing it with evidence-based techniques delivered by a genuinely friendly, encouraging staff. The result is fast access (appointments within 24-48 hours) and a proven track record of getting patients back to being healthy, active, and pain-free.

Compensation Package

This role pays PTs $38-42 an hour and PTAs $28-31/hour. We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. As you grow your caseload, you'll help more patients and earn more. You won't be figuring it out alone.

  • Clinical autonomy whereyou make the calls on patient care

  • A new grad mentoring program that builds up your caseload as you’re ready for it

  • Unlimited continuing education and specialty certifications, no budget cap, no approval process

  • A real path to Clinic Director or another clinical leadership role

  • Reasonable caseloads and flexible scheduling

  • Evidence-based care, backed by the technology and time to deliver it

Life in South Denver

With clinics in Littleton and Lakewood, you get South Denver life from wherever makes the most sense for you. Work where you've always wanted to be.

  • Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention

  • Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress

  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

  • Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it
