Job summary

You will supervise PT assistants, maintain productivity, document accurately in EMR, and participate in performance improvement initiatives while delivering patient education.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required or preferred.
• Active PT license in Georgia or eligibility to practice in the state.
• BLS certification and ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical knowledge and provide instruction as a Clinical instructor.
• Ensure employee and patient safety in daily activities.
• Document care accurately in the EMR with measurable terminology.
• Supervise PT assistants and therapy aides per regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with goals and frequency.
