Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide skilled services in the home setting. You will assess, treat, and plan interventions to improve mobility and daily living activities for patients under physician orders.

This 24-hour/week role spreads across four days, with eligibility for the 60% paid days off program and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must be able to drive in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Aiming to improve mobility and independence in activities of daily living.
• Administers skilled care under physician orders and established plan of care, under supervision.
• Part-time role: 24 hours/week over 4 days, with eligibility for 60% paid days off program.
