Responsibilities

• Meet with new patients and provide facility tours.
• Develop detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
• Coordinate with physicians to ensure consistent care.
• Visit patients in their homes and other facilities as needed.
• Use clinical judgment to implement effective treatment combinations.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Assist with billing and reporting inquiries.
• Comply with PT regulations and maintain required documentation.
• Remain current with continuing education requirements.
• Record patient histories, progress, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about the recovery process.
