MedSide Healthcare in Atlanta South Fulton is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide in-home rehabilitation services under physician orders. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver modalities to restore function in the comfort of patients' homes.

The ideal candidate holds a Georgia PT license, excels in clear documentation, and communicates effectively with patients and care teams.

Formación

• Current PT licensure in Georgia with no sanctions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in Home Health is preferred but Not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients as outlined in the Plan of Treatment
• Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy modalities to develop and restore function
• Deliver rehabilitative physical therapy in patients' homes as prescribed by a physician
