Responsibilities

• Analyze and use purposeful activity with individuals limited by physical injury or illness to maximize independence.
• Perform evaluation, treatment, consultation, and education of patients and caregivers.
• Maintain clinical competency and pursue professional development.
• Perform a comprehensive evaluation and develop a Plan of Care.
• Implement the Plan of Care and ensure timely documentation.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members.
