Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate).
• Current Idaho Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and use purposeful activity to maximize independence for patients with physical limitations.
• Evaluate, treat, consult, and educate patients and caregivers as part of PT care.
• Assume responsibility for clinical competency and professional development.
• Perform a comprehensive evaluation and develop a Plan of Care.
• Implement the Plan of Care.
• Complete effective, professional, and timely documentation.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist is responsible for the analysis and use of purposeful activity with individuals who are limited by physical injury or illness, pain, bodily malfunction, developmental disabilities, or the aging process in order to maximize independence, prevent disability, and maintain health.
• The practice of physical therapy encompasses evaluation, treatment, consultation, and education of patients as well as caregivers .
• Assumes responsibility for clinical competency and professional development.
• Performs a comprehensive evaluation and develops a Plan of Care.
• Implements the Plan of Care.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited program with a Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Idaho Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• At least one year of Physical Therapist experience.
