Job Summary

The Pediatric Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat developmental disorders in children ages 0-21. This position requires working collaboratively with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to implement effective treatment plans that promote physical development and enhance overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of gross motor skills and abilities in children with varying needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with families to integrate therapy goals into daily activities.
  • Provide direct therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative approaches that engage children in meaningful activities.
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate families and caregivers about exercise strategies and provide resources to support their child’s development.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, speech/occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with best practices, research, and advancements in the field of Physical Therapy.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications

Pay

Pay is based upon experience. We offer market rate hourly pay for full-time/part-time positions and salary for school based schedules.
