Talent Solutions Partners seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes across diverse settings.

The role requires CAPTE-accredited PT education, current state licensure and CPR certification, and strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Capable of evaluating and treating patients with medically necessary therapy.
• Strong communication with patients and care teams; proficient time management.

Responsabilités

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
