Qualifications

• Education: Certificate in Physical Therapy (PT).
• Experience: 1+ years as a Physical Therapist, preferably in long-term care/skilled nursing settings.
• Certifications: American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for residents.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides.
• May instruct students in PT/PTA programs.
